* Product Condition:
All components used in this PC build are 100% brand new and sourced directly from authorized suppliers or brands.
* Manufacturer Warranty:
Each component included in this build comes with its official brand/manufacturer warranty, as per the respective brand’s policy and terms.
* Famberz Warranty:
In addition to the manufacturer warranty, Famberz provides a 1-year comprehensive service warranty on the complete PC build.
* Warranty claims can be initiated through the “Claim Warranty” option available on the top of our website.
* Customers can also check the remaining warranty period for their products on the same page.
* Warranty Claim Process:

* If any issue arises within the warranty period, customers can raise a claim through the official Famberz warranty portal.
* Shipping charges related to warranty claims will be borne by the client.
* If a PC is received for warranty service and is found to be in complete working condition, return shipping charges will still apply and remain the customer’s responsibility.
* If the PC is sent to Famberz for a warranty claim and is found to be in proper working condition, the shipping charges will not be covered by Famberz and must be paid by the customer.
* However, if the PC is found to have a genuine issue covered under warranty, the shipping charges will be covered by Famberz.

* Warranty: 3 years from the purchase date.
* Coverage:
* Year 1: All replacements and shipping are free.
* Year 2–3: Replacements free, shipping costs paid by the customer.
* Customers are required to record a full unboxing video when receiving their product.
* The video must clearly show:
* The sealed package before opening.
* The unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
* The product and all included components/accessories.

1. Warranty Coverage

Every PC build provided by Famberz comes with a 1-year warranty, An extended warranty is available at an additional cost

If any issue arises with any component of the PC build during the warranty period, the defective component will be replaced with another of equal or better performance, as per availability.

2. Free Pick-Up and Drop Service

Famberz offers a free pick-up and drop service for all warranty claims within the warranty period.

However, if the returned product is tested and found to be fully functional and free of defects, the shipping charges will be borne by the client.
