Refund & Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at info@famberzbuilt.in or through our customer care/WhatsApp.

• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may still use our return policy after receiving the product.

• In case of repeated fake COD cancellations or refusals, your account may be restricted/banned from placing future COD orders.

Refunds

• If you return a product within our 3-day return window, and the return is approved, a full refund will be initiated.

• Refunds will be made to your original payment method (PayU, PhonePe, UPI, card, etc.) within 5–7 working days after inspection of the returned product.

• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI once return verification is complete. Conditions for Refund Approval Refunds are only applicable if:

• The product is returned in the same condition as delivered, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

• An unboxing video is provided in case of damage claims. • The issue is valid under our return and warranty policy.

Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be approved if:

• The product is damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

• The return request is raised after 3 days of delivery without a valid warranty claim.

• The product is returned incomplete or missing original accessories/packaging.

Warranty Replacements

• For products under warranty (3 months for below Rs10k, 6 months for above Rs10k), replacements will be provided as per the warranty terms.

• If a replacement is not available, a refund or alternative solution will be offered.
