  • Warranty Card: Proof provided with a product to claim warranty, applicable for preowned items only.

7. Return and Refund Policy

A. New Products

  1. Returns accepted only if the product seal is unopened.

  2. Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  3. Refunds will have shipping charges deducted.

  4. A clear unboxing video showing the seal is mandatory to claim physical damage.

  5. Once the seal is broken or product is used, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

B. Preowned Products

  1. Return window is 7 days from delivery.

  2. Customers can request pickup within 3 days or self-ship the product.

  3. Shipping charges for returns will be deducted.

  4. Physical damage, burnt products, or improper packing by the customer will not be eligible for return or warranty.

  5. Warranty card is mandatory for any warranty claim.

8. Warranty Terms

  • Warranty valid under normal usage only.

  • Damage due to misuse, overclocking, voltage issues, or incompatibility is not covered.

  • Claims must be submitted via Warranty Request section or email with invoice and proof of issue.

9. User Conduct

  • Users must use the website for lawful purposes only.

  • Users must not post false information, spam, or attempt unauthorized access.

  • Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Famberz Built is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Famberz Built – Sell Terms & Conditions

1. Product Ownership & Legitimacy

The customer confirms that they are the rightful owner of the product being sold. The customer

must ensure that the product is not stolen, illegally sourced, or under any form of loan, EMI, or

financial dispute. Famberz Built reserves the right to request ownership proof at any time.

2. Condition of the Product

The customer must disclose the actual condition of the product honestly. Any hidden damage,

missing components, or undisclosed issues may lead to price revision or cancellation. Products

with physical damage, repairs, or tampering may be rejected.

3. Mandatory Accessories

All original accessories of the product must be provided at the time of selling. Missing accessories

may reduce the final offer value.

4. Original Invoice Requirement

The original invoice of the product is mandatory. Warranty does not matter. If the customer fails to

provide the original invoice, a standard deduction of 15% will be applied to the final evaluated price.

5. Product Evaluation & Price

The final price will be determined after physical verification. Initial quotes are estimates only.

6. Rejection & Return Policy

Famberz Built may reject any product that does not meet quality requirements. Rejected products

must be collected within 5 working days.

7. Payment Terms

Payment will be processed only after successful verification. The customer is responsible for

providing correct payment details.

8. Fraud & Misrepresentation

Fraudulent products or fake invoices may lead to legal action.

9. Liability

After payment, ownership transfers to Famberz Built. The customer cannot claim the product back.10. Agreement & Modifications

Submitting a sell order means accepting all terms & conditions. Terms may be updated anytime
