Delivery Coverage

• We ship all over India through our trusted courier partners.

• Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available in certain remote areas.

Dispatch & Delivery Time

• Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.

• Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

• Delivery updates and tracking details will be shared with you once your order has been shipped. Courier Partners We primarily ship via Bluedart (through Shiprocket). If Bluedart or Delhivery is not serviceable in your area, we may use another reliable courier partner to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Charges

• Pre-owned products are shipped free of cost.

• For new products, additional shipping charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available across most locations.

• In some areas where COD is not supported, prepaid payment will be required.

Packaging & Safety

We use top-quality packaging to ensure that your order, whether new or pre-owned, reaches you safely. Our pre-owned products are packed so carefully that they feel just like new when you receive them.

Damage Responsibility

We take full responsibility for your order until it reaches you. If there is any damage during transit, simply provide an unboxing video and we will handle the rest.

Returns & Warranty Shipping

• Within the first month, if your product develops any issue, we cover the entire shipping cost for return or replacement.

• After 1 month, customers will need to pay a small location-based shipping charge.

• If you request a return without any issue in the product (within the returnable period), the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
