* Product Condition:
All components used in this PC build are 100% brand new and sourced directly from authorized suppliers or brands.
* Manufacturer Warranty:
Each component included in this build comes with its official brand/manufacturer warranty, as per the respective brand’s policy and terms.
* Famberz Warranty:
In addition to the manufacturer warranty, Famberz provides a 1-year comprehensive service warranty on the complete PC build.
* Warranty claims can be initiated through the “Claim Warranty” option available on the top of our website.
* Customers can also check the remaining warranty period for their products on the same page.
* Warranty Claim Process:
* If any issue arises within the warranty period, customers can raise a claim through the official Famberz warranty portal.
* Shipping charges related to warranty claims will be borne by the client.
* If a PC is received for warranty service and is found to be in complete working condition, return shipping charges will still apply and remain the customer’s responsibility.
* If the PC is sent to Famberz for a warranty claim and is found to be in proper working condition, the shipping charges will not be covered by Famberz and must be paid by the customer.
* However, if the PC is found to have a genuine issue covered under warranty, the shipping charges will be covered by Famberz.
* Warranty: 3 years from the purchase date.
* Coverage:
* Year 1: All replacements and shipping are free.
