The visible model/serial number (if present)
Any included accessories (keycaps, cables, wrist rest, etc.)
A packing video is mandatory for all self-ship orders.
If you select Free Pickup, simply pack your keyboard carefully and also make a packing video before handover to our logistics partner.
This ensures proof of condition and avoids disputes.

Step 3: Product Verification (Within 48 Hours)
Once your keyboard reaches our facility, our technical team will perform a complete inspection.

After successful verification, your payment will be credited to your selected method within 48 hours.
