Step 2: Ship / Handover Your Monitor to Us
If you choose to self-ship, pack your monitor securely and make a clear video of the packing process, showing:
The monitor’s condition from all angles
The visible model/serial number
Any included accessories (stand, power cable, HDMI/DisplayPort cable, etc.)
A packing video is mandatory for all self-ship orders.
If you select Free Pickup, simply pack your monitor carefully and also make a packing video before handover to our logistics partner.
This ensures proof of condition and avoids disputes.
The shipping/pickup address will be provided after your order booking.
Step 3: Product Verification (Within 48 Hours)
Once your monitor reaches our facility, our technical team will perform a complete inspection.
An unboxing video will be recorded from our side as proof of condition and authenticity.
Step 4: Instant Payment After Approval
After successful verification, your payment will be credited to your selected method within 48 hours.
